Customer care lines: you start the conversation by texting the number. Each number is published beside this notice: “By texting us you agree to our SMS Terms. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We never text you first.
OmniForge SIS: texts are off until a parent or guardian turns on SMS in their OmniForge SIS notification settings and saves; that page shows the consent notice.
Texting is optional and never a condition of any purchase.
Replies to your questions and messages about the request or appointment you raise; for OmniForge SIS, the school notifications you chose. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we will confirm and send nothing further. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also email support@yrcmd.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
