This notice describes how Your Resource Consultants (“YRC”) handles information you submit through yourresourceconsultants.com. It covers this website only. YRC platforms operated for clients and institutions are governed by the agreements and privacy terms specific to those engagements.
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your organization, phone number, area of interest, and the details of your message.
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell information to third parties.
Enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to YRC by email and may be recorded in YRC’s own customer relationship system so your enquiry is not lost. Access is limited to people at YRC who need it to respond to you.
Where you have asked Your Resource Consultants for a price estimate, you may choose to receive text message updates about it. This is optional: you can request, receive and accept an estimate without agreeing to texts, at the same price. Consent is collected at https://quotechaserrevenue.com/sms-consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Messages relate only to your own estimate: a follow-up while it is open, a notice before the quoted price expires, confirmation of an appointment you book, and a reminder the day before it. Message frequency varies and is typically two to four messages per estimate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time; opt-outs take effect immediately and are permanent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to, the mobile number, the date and time, and the device the agreement came from, so that we can demonstrate we had your permission to contact you.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and remove them when they no longer serve that purpose.
