This notice describes how Your Resource Consultants (“YRC”) handles information you submit through yourresourceconsultants.com. It covers this website only. YRC platforms operated for clients and institutions are governed by the agreements and privacy terms specific to those engagements.
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your organization, phone number, area of interest, and the details of your message.
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell information to third parties.
Enquiries submitted through this site are delivered to YRC by email and may be recorded in YRC’s own customer relationship system so your enquiry is not lost. Access is limited to people at YRC who need it to respond to you.

On the customer care lines you start the conversation by texting the number; we never text you first, and we reply only about the question or appointment you raise. OmniForge SIS sends school notifications only to parents and guardians who turn on texts in their OmniForge SIS notification settings. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing in this notice exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and remove them when they no longer serve that purpose.
